Legal Warranty of Conformity

In accordance with articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased via our site.

Warranty period

The legal warranty applies for 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.

🛠️ What the warranty covers

The legal warranty of conformity covers all defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, in particular :

  • A product that does not correspond to the description or use usually expected ;

  • A defective or incomplete product ;

  • A product that does not possess the agreed qualities or performance.

📌 Your rights during the warranty period

If a lack of conformity appears during the warranty period :

  • You are entitled to repair or replacement of the good, free of charge excluding shipping costs ;

  • If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a partial or total refund. ;

  • No charge will be made for exercising the warranty (return postage, analysis, etc.).

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal product wear ;

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper installation;

  • Interventions or modifications not authorized by the manufacturer;

  • Products subjected to abnormal conditions of use (freezing, overpressure, extreme heat not covered by specifications, etc.).

📞 Default procedure

In case of problems :

  1. Contact our customer service department by email at [your after-sales service email address], specifying :

    • Your order number,

    • The model concerned,

    • The nature of the problem encountered,

    • Photos if possible.

  2. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed (return, repair, exchange...).

  3. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

📑 Other warranties

In addition to this legal warranty, you may also benefit from :

  • Warranty against hidden defects (article 1641 of the French Civil Code),

  • An additional commercial warranty, if one has been taken out (see conditions in your product documentation).

“The seller delivers a good that conforms to the contract and to the criteria set out in article L217-5. [...] He is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods [...].”
