The BlazeBlock® trademark, its logo, and the name HydroDome are registered trademarks with the relevant authorities (INPI, EUIPO, USPTO). Any unauthorized use of these elements constitutes counterfeiting and may result in civil and criminal liability for the offender.

The models and systems marketed under the BlazeBlock brand, including their technical components, marketing materials, manuals, sketches, attachment systems, and any concept related to the operation of the fire-suppression ramp, are also protected under copyright, design and model rights, and by a patent filing.

It is not designed to extinguish a fire from the inside.

BlazeBlock does not guarantee absolute protection against flames, heat, smoke, or any other fire-related danger. The system’s effectiveness may be affected by several factors beyond our control:

• Intensity and direction of the fire

• Weather conditions (wind, drought, etc.)

• Water source and flow rate

• Incorrect installation or misuse of the product

The ramp in no way replaces evacuation, fire alarm systems, or the intervention of firefighters.

User responsibility :

The user is solely responsible for the installation, use, and maintenance of the product. By using this device, you acknowledge that BlazeBlock accepts no liability in case of :

• bodily or material damage,

• injury,

• death, even if the ramp was operating at the time of the incident.

It is strongly discouraged to remain in or near a burning building, even if equipped with a BlazeBlock ramp. In case of danger, strictly follow the instructions of the authorities and evacuate immediately.
